The beautiful courtyard filled with plants and flowers created a serene atmosphere. The staff were attentive. The rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city.

Had a really nice stay for one night, everything was perfect. It was airy, brand-new and with a shared bathroom. The location was perfect and amazing, just next door to the zocalo, professional and helpful staff, the square, and the second garden. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel😀😃

The room was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, wonderful staff. Its brilliant, very central location was a plus.

Rooms can be tiny and lacking basic conveniences like air conditioning, which can be tough during peak seasons. Noise levels from the courtyard and street traffic can be disruptive. Outdated linens and towels add to the feeling of wear after prolonged use.

Choose a room away from the reception for a quieter experience. The staff are genuinely helpful, making your stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's position was marvellous, short walk to TWO pharmacies, the historic centre and Close to the main plaza. The employees were amazingly nice and offered great services. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a shared bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Staying at this charming hotel was a delight for our family. The courtyard was perfect for the kids to play, and the breakfast was both delicious and budget-friendly. The staff were accommodating, we had everything we needed .

My wife says that the rooms could be a bit larger for families.

The water pressure was a significant drawback, requiring a long wait for warm water, and there was no on-site parking as promised, inconvenient. I appreciated the access to refreshing cakes and the nearby attractions, made exploring the area easy.
